How the strategy was developed

The strategy is based on dialogues with all 22 target universities of the Knowledge Foundation, as well as representatives from industry, regions, and trade unions, among others. To place the strategy in a broader context, a research and education policy expert group was also attached to the project. In addition to the dialogues with key stakeholders, the strategy is built on a number of surveys and analyses that the Knowledge Foundation has conducted or commissioned.
